Constitution Party of North Carolina

The 2012 Club is the Constitution Party of North Carolina’s program to assist the Party in funding its 2012 Ballot Access Drive. All membership dues from the 2012 Club will be exclusively used for the furtherance of the Party's ballot access drive and at the same time assist the Party's county level organizations in promoting the Constitution Party of North Carolina. Club membership dues will be used in the following ways:

- 75% of each individual's club membership dues will be used to (1) assist our County Party organizations through funding up to 80% of the total cost of the event registration fee if the primary purpose of attending the event is to obtain ballot access signatures or (2) for promoting the Party's ballot access drive.

- 25% of each individual's club membership dues will be set aside for the possibility of hiring professional petitioners sometime near the end of 2011 to help ensure ballot access if satisfactory progress has been made on the Party's ballot access drive at that time.

Membership in the 2012 Club is annual and all you need to do in order to be a member of this important club is pay the club membership dues. Club dues can be paid on either a monthly basis or you may pay for the entire year up front. Just follow our easy four step memberhip application process.

**NOTICE**

NC State law prohibits anonymous donations, all donations must be accompanied by at least the donors name and mailing address. Political committees are required by law to report the name, mailing address, occupation and employer of each individual whose contributions exceed $50 in an election cycle.

Contributions are not tax deductible. NC State law prohibits corporate gifts. Maximum contributions of $4,000 per person per election cycle are allowed.
