Vendor Booth and Advertisements
The Constitution Party of North Carolina would like to allow you to advertise your business, Not-for-Profit or other political organization at our 2010 State Convention and is offering two methods to do such; Program Advertisements and Vendor Booths at the Convention. Please read below for more Information.
Vendor Booths
We will be offering a limited number of 6' and 8' booths for Not-for-Profit and For-Profit organizations. Eight foot booths will be given on a first come, first serve basis. Booths must be set up prior to the beginning of the convention, so vendors must arrive to set up by no later than 9:30 AM August 28, 2010. The party reserves the right to preview all material being displayed or sold by any vendor and deny any sale or display of any materials which it views as inconsistent with the philosophy and values of the Party.
Program Advertisements
We will be offering a limited number of business card size advertisements for Not-for-Profit and For-Profit organizations to advertise in the Party's Program which all attendees will receive. Program Ad Space will be given on a first come, first serve basis. Program Ad designs must accompany this application or be emailed to treasurer@constitutionpartync.com by the deadline to submit the form (Midnight, August 20, 2010). Program Ads may be no larger than 3" wide and 1.75" tall or scalable to fit within these dimensions. Files sent through email are preferred; designs may be in .jpg, .jpeg, .png, .bmp, or .gif formats.
Deadlines and Other Information
All applications for Vendor Booths and/or Program Advertisements must be received by the Party by no later than August 20, 2010.
The Party reserves the right to reject any and all Vendor Booth and/or Program Advertisement Applications for whatever reason without explantion.
No Vendor Booth or Program Advertisement may be purchased directly by a business or through a business's account. Only individuals may purchase Vendor Booths and/or Program Advertisements with their personal funds and then designate their Booth or Ad for a specific business.
