If you wish to join the Party, but have financial difficulties paying the Membership Dues you may contact the State Treasurer by e-mail at treasurer@constitutionpartync.com 

or by mail at the address above to request a Membership Fee Waiver to be considered by the Party Finance Committee.

All Membership Waiver forms and requests for forms are kept confidential between the requestee, Party Membership Committee and the State Chairman and Treasurer.
