Eligibility for those who may vote:
Full Member in good standing before 11:59 PM, Saturday, August 22nd 2026 at 11:59 PM
Eligibility for running for an officer role on the Executive Committee (, Vice-Chair,  & Secretary and Member At Large)
1. Full Member in good standing, with dues paid or waiver approved, before 11:59 PM  May 29th 2026.
2. Candidates must be nominated by a Full Member in good standing.

Process for running for office
1. Nominating member must be a full member before 11:59 PM Saturday August 22nd 2026 

2. Nominating member must fill out nomination application.

3. Nominations will be accepted up to 11:59 PM August 22nd 2026
4.  Candidate must fill out candidates form no later than Saturday, August 29th , 2026 at 9 AM
5.  All nomination and candidate forms must be submitted  by the deadlines mentioned above.

Criteria for submitting By-law Amendments 

1. Full Member in good standing on or before May 29th 2026.
2. Amendments must be received by Saturday August 22nd 2026 

Any Conflicts with or Questions regarding the Convention Rules will be settled by the Convention Ad Hoc Committee
